At Smiling Ear Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure the Media

  Carefully pack the record or item in its original mailer or a sturdy equivalent to ensure it is protected from warping or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
